Coal gasification technology is a core technology in IGCC, coal chemical industry, coal-to-liquid and coal-to-natural gas processes, and gasified syngas is the source of the industry in the main downstream industrial chain in the field of coal chemical industry.
The gasifier with radiated waste pot is a dry pulverized pressurized airflow bed gasification, which has the advantages of similar gasifiers, namely, wide adaptability of coal types, high efficiency of cold gas, high carbon conversion rate, low coal consumption per unit of effective gas, less volatile organic compounds in syngas, and relatively simple water treatment. In addition, compared with the same type of gasifier that is widely used in China, this furnace replaces the gas pipeline and turning chamber with the central pipe, and has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, light weight, higher safety and reliability, small footprint, and convenient installation and hoisting.
